Christ destroyed sickness and death on the cross in the spiritual realm (Isaiah 53:5).
But sickness and physical death still come to believers in the earthly realm.
"Though our bodies are dying, our spirits are being renewed every day." 2 Corinthians 4:16-18
Heaven will be different: "There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain" (Revelations 21:4).
God can and does heal.
Some sickness is due to sin, and those who have it should repent and be healed (James 5:16).
Some are sick due to lack of faith, and they should ask God to help them overcome their unbelief.(1)
But some, like Timothy, are sick for unknown reasons (1 Timothy 5:23). Scripture doesn't judge them and neither should we.
Faithful Christians wait patiently for their healing, whether it happens here on earth or in heaven.
"We ourselves, who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies...But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently." Romans 8:18-25

(1) In Matthew 13:58, Christ didn't heal very many due to their lack of faith, but this does not mean that those with faith are always healed. No!
How do we know this? Because of these examples:
The man Jesus healed in John 5:1-15 didn't even know who Jesus was, let alone had faith in him. It is likely that many who were healed by Christ came to faith afterwards. Sometimes Christ healed everyone present (Matthew 4:23). One purpose of His healing was to reveal that He was the Messiah. Read John 6 and you will see that the great crowds who followed Jesus for healing and miracles often had no faith at all. They wanted Him to heal and feed them, but they quickly turned on Him when He spoke of spiritual things.
We also have the example of the ten lepers, nine of whom showed no faith and didn't even show gratitude for their healing (Luke 17:11-19).
There are many variables in Scripture in relationship to healing, and creating formulas for healing is a useless and ridiculous effort. When people claim God heals everyone who has faith, they are speaking the same message that God rebuked Job's friends for speaking.
